Payments & Ordering
- We accept major credit cards and payment is due when your order is placed.
- Orders can be placed: by email to info@TheVineRootsLLC.com or by online shopping at TheVineRootsLLC.com upon applying for Wholesale.
- USE Wholesale code provided, after approval (confirmation will be sent to designated email).
- Valid resale certificate required.
Minimums & Shipping
- Our wholesale minimums for opening orders are: $450 (Body Lotions & Oils) and $270 (OILS ONLY).
- MOQ (4) per bottle.
- See Wholesale Packages for best values. Reorders enjoy discounts.
- We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout for orders placed online. For orders placed via email or phone, shipping cost will be added to your invoice. You can expect packages to ship in 7-10 business days. Tracking provided via USPS.
Other Terms
- Wholesale returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition, requiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Except involving damage/defects, buyer pays restocking fees (20%) and return shipping.
